About
Paige Davis is an award winning 16 year old Nashville recording artist from New England. Her songs explore the personal challenges and triumphs of a teenage girl growing up in a small town. She writes of everyday relatable experiences that connect with young women who often feel they are struggling alone. Themes of unrequited love, of rising above heartache and of inspiration in the face of a toxic relationship are woven together through catchy melodies and soaring choruses. Paige isn't afraid to stretch the traditional boundaries of country music, seamlessly shifting dynamics from simple acoustic arrangements to full on anthemic country rockers.Paige received her first guitar on her 12th birthday and within a few short months performed a song at a local open mic. Her performance was met with an overwhelming response from the audience and she was hooked! Determined to improve her skills, she began taking guitar and vocal lessons and would regularly perform at open mics throughout the region. Paige was discovered at a talent show by a scout from the New England Country Music Organization and was invited to compete at the 2013 NECMO Showcase. She walked away with the Massachusetts Horizon Award for most promising new artist. She would subsequently go on to win two NECMO Female Vocalist of the Year awards and was invited to showcase at the 2015 North American Country Music Awards in Tennessee. At age 15, Paige was invited to headline for the first time as the featured artist for B&M music showcase. "Paige, the youngest of the lineup but by no means out of her depth. This young lady brings it! With skill and confidence beyond her years, her presence is captivating. The audience became mesmerized as she sang. Her sultry vocals caressed our ears while calming energy permeated the room. We sat spellbound with wonderment and awe. She connected with us and we connected with her." - Michael Maxwell, BMM Music. Paige has been nominated by the New England Music Awards for 2017 Country Act of the Year. She will be performing on the Magic Hat Stage opening the Lady Antebellum You look Good World Tour at Bank of NH Pavilion with Kelsea Ballerini and Brett Young. She will also be sharing the stage with Frankie Ballard, Michael Ray and William Michael Morgan at the New England Country Music Festival in August. 2017.
